NASAD is pleased to announce the release of its 2023-24 Handbook. This edition supersedes all previous editions. An addendum documenting the Handbook changes ratified by the NASAD Membership and Commissions in October of 2023 is also available. Please note that these revisions were incorporated into and are thus not needed for use with the NASAD Handbook 2023-24.
