The Annual Meeting registration fee covers all sessions and events.
Registration will close at 5:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, September 17. The list of attendees provided to meeting attendees will contain only the names of individuals who have registered by September 17.
After September 17, registration for Pre-Meeting Workshops and the Annual Meeting may only be accomplished on site at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 13. On-site registration will be assessed an additional fee of $25. To aid in on-site processing, please bring a completed paper registration form.
If you are unable to complete registration online or do not wish to pay by credit card, you may download and print the hard copy NASAD 2021 Annual Meeting Registration Form (PDF). A completed form may be mailed, emailed, or faxed, along with payment, to the NASAD National Office at the address indicated on the form in time to be received by September 17.
Please note: The NASAD registration form is for Annual Meeting registration only. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch no later than Wednesday, September 22.
Program materials will be offered in hardcopy and electronic form through the NASAD Annual Meeting app. Instructions for downloading and using the app will be provided to registrants prior to the Annual Meeting. If you would like to receive Annual Meeting information in hardcopy form, please check the “Hardcopy Materials” box on the Annual Meeting registration form.
