REPORT OF THE COMMISSION ON ACCREDITATION

After positive action by the Commission on Accreditation, the following institutions were granted Associate Membership:

Progress Reports were accepted from three (3) institutions recently granted Associate Membership.

After positive action by the Commission on Accreditation, the following institutions were granted Membership:

Action was deferred on seven (7) institutions applying for Membership.

Progress Reports were accepted from five (5) institutions recently granted Membership.

Progress Reports were accepted from seventeen (17) institutions recently granted renewal of Membership.

Six (6) applications were approved for Substantive Change.

Ninety-six (96) programs were granted Plan Approval.

Action was deferred on fifty-five (55) programs submitted for Plan Approval.

Progress Reports were accepted from two (2) institutions concerning programs recently granted Plan Approval.

Forty (40) programs were granted Final Approval for Listing.

Action was deferred on seven (7) programs submitted for Final Approval for Listing.

Two (2) institutions were granted second-year postponements for re-evaluation.

One (1) institution was granted a second- and third-year postponement for re-evaluation.

Progress Reports were accepted from two (2) institutions concerning postponement for re-evaluation.

One (1) institution was notified regarding failure to submit the 2016-17 Accreditation Audit.

Three (3) institutions were notified regarding failure to submit the 2016-17 Affirmation Statement.

Thirteen (13) institutions were notified regarding failure to submit the 2016-17 HEADS Data Survey.

Fifty (50) institutions were notified regarding review of the 2015-16 Supplemental Annual Report.
