After positive action by the Commission on Accreditation, the following new institution was granted Associate Membership:

Action was deferred on six (6) institutions applying for Associate Membership.

Progress Reports were accepted from two (2) institutions recently granted Associate Membership.

After positive action by the Commission on Accreditation, the following new institutions were granted Membership:

Action was deferred on eighteen (18) institutions applying for renewal of Membership.

Progress Reports were accepted from twenty (20) institutions recently granted renewal of Membership.

Five (5) applications were approved for Substantive Change.

Eighty-seven (87) programs were granted Plan Approval.

Action was deferred on sixty-six (66) programs submitted for Plan Approval.

Progress Reports were accepted from ten (10) institutions concerning programs recently granted Plan approval.

Seventy-three (73) programs were granted Final Approval for Listing.

Action was deferred on twelve (12) programs submitted for Final Approval for Listing.

Progress Reports were accepted from three (3) institutions concerning programs recently granted Final Approval for Listing.

One (1) program was granted Basic Listing.

Two (2) institutions were granted second-year postponements for re-evaluation.

One (1) institution was granted a third-year postponement for re-evaluation.

One (1) institution was granted a fourth-year postponement for re-evaluation.

One (1) progress report was requested regarding a postponement for re-evaluation.

One (1) institution was notified regarding failure to submit the 2018-2019 Accreditation Audit.

One (1) institution was notified regarding failure to submit the 2018-2019 Affirmation Statement.

Five (5) institutions were notified regarding failure to submit the 2018-2019 HEADS Data Survey.

One (1) institution was notified regarding failure to submit the 2017-2018 HEADS Data Survey.

Three (3) institutions were notified regarding monies outstanding for 2017-2018.

Forty-nine (49) institutions were notified regarding review of the 2017-2018 Supplemental Annual Report.

One (1) institution was notified regarding failure to submit the 2017-2018 Supplemental Annual Report.
