NASAD 2010 ANNUAL MEETING

NASAD Meeting Registration: Instructions and Access

Please register as soon as possible. Registrations filed after September 17 will incur a $10.00 late charge, and registrants' names will not be included in the printed list of preregistrants provided with the Annual Meeting materials.

Annual Meeting Fee: $360             Preregistration deadline: September 17, 2010

Step-by-step procedures for registering online for the NASAD Annual Meeting are as follows:
  1. Click on “Annual Meeting Registration” from the navigational links at the top of any page of the NASAD Web site.
  2. Fill in as appropriate. Click “Register.”  The registration form should contain information about the registrant only. A separate Annual Meeting registration form is required for each registrant. When registering on behalf of someone other than yourself, please enter the registrant's name, title, address, and contact information in the “Registrant Information” section of the form.
  3. Confirm the accuracy of information in shopping cart; click “Checkout.”
  4. If you have previously visited the Web site to purchase publications and have established a password, click “Log in.” If you are a new visitor to the site, click “Register now.”
  5. Fill in the appropriate information for your billing address. For meeting registrations, there is no shipping address needed* (see exception below). When finished, click "Save."

    (*Exception -- Important Note Regarding Credit Card Transactions:  If you are using a personal credit card to transmit payment, you will need to update the billing address to agree with that used by your credit card company, and fill in the shipping address with the name and title of the registrant and the institution's name and address as you wish these to appear on the Meeting Registration.)
  6. Enter your credit card information and click "Process Order." Once you receive a confirmation that the meeting registration is complete, print the page for your records. Please note that you are not registered until you have received appropriate confirmation indicating that the registration process has been completed.

After you have completed your online registration and paid the fee of $360 ($370 after September 17, 2010) by credit card, a confirmation of your registration will be mailed to you from the NASAD National Office. A copy will also be enclosed in your meeting packet.

If you do not wish to pay by credit card, please follow steps 1 through 6 above, up to point where the “Order Summary” appears on the screen. Print that page. You can then either mail the page to the National Office with your check or purchase order attached, or you can fax the page to NASAD at 703-437-6312, with a notation that your check or purchase order will be mailed later. When your printed registration form is received in the NASAD National Office, it will be processed and a copy mailed to you to confirm your registration.
