ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION 2010
National Association of Schools of Art and Design SIXTY-SIXTH ANNUAL MEETING October 14 - 16, 2010

PLEASE NOTE: Online meeting registration will close seven (7) days prior to the first day of the Annual Meeting, and thus will be inaccessible after 12:00 noon EDT on Thursday, October 7. Beyond that point, meeting attendees must register in person at the NASAD registration area in the Westin Cincinnati Hotel. On-site registration will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT POINTS:

REGISTERING INDIVIDUALS: A separate online registration form and fee are required for each registrant. This form should contain information about the registrant only. When registering on behalf of someone other than yourself, please enter the name, title, address, and contact information of the registrant only in the "Registrant Information" section below.

REGISTRATION FEE(S) -- Due by September 17, 2010
Annual Meeting Registration Fee (required). The Annual Meeting fee is $360.00 on or before September 17, 2010. The meeting fee includes two breakfasts, one dinner, and materials. Registering after the deadline: Registrations received after September 17th will incur a late charge of $10.00; names of late registrants cannot be included on the printed list of pre-registrants provided to meeting attendees.
Spouse or Guest Registration Fee (if applicable). The fee for registering a spouse or guest is $150.00, which covers meals and social functions only (two breakfasts and one dinner).
Pre-Meeting Workshop for New and Aspiring Art and Design Administrators Registration Fee (if applicable). An additional fee of $115.00 is charged for participation in this pre-meeting workshop. Pre-registration is required. (See Pre-Meeting Workshop brochure for details.)
Please Note:* If attendees wish to register only for the pre-meeting workshop (and not the annual meeting), this cannot be accomplished online. In this case, you may either print the PDF registration form linked below; or email the NASAD National Office at info@arts-accredit.org to have a registration form sent to you. Fax the completed form to 703-437-6312. Should you prefer not to fax your credit card information, please call the NASAD Financial Associate at 703-437-0700 ext. 23.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: If you intend to use a personal credit card to transmit payment for meeting registration for yourself or another representative at your institution, you will need to first log-in, and then update your account information as follows: (1) change the billing address to match that used by your credit card company, and (2) fill in the shipping address with your name, title, and your institution's name and address as you wish these to appear on your Annual Meeting Registration. CHECKING OUT: During checkout, transaction processing may take a few minutes after credit card information has been entered. Be patient. Clicking the "Process Order" button more than once will result in multiple registrations and, therefore, multiple credit card charges.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Reservations must be made directly with the Westin Cincinnati Hotel.

IF YOU CANNOT REGISTER ONLINE: If you are unable to complete your registration online, or do not wish to pay by credit card, you may download and print the hardcopy NASAD 2010 Annual Meeting Registration form [PDF]. Complete and mail the form, along with payment, to the NASAD National Office at the address indicated on the form. Following processing, a confirmation of your registration will be mailed to you. (You will need to have or install Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print this document.)
